Are you a “Trained” leader?

Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters are considered trained when they complete:

  • Youth Protection Training (YPT) (online or classroom)
  • Scoutmaster Position-Specific Training (classroom)
  • Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) (outdoor classroom)

Troop Committee Chairs and Members are considered trained when they complete:

  • Youth Protection Training (YPT) Required for all volunteers. (online or classroom)
  • Troop Committee Challenge (online or classroom)
