No Eagle application verification appointments will be available the week of Thanksgiving. The last day to have a verification appointment is December 12. After the 12th, Debbie Motal will be verifying and processing Eagle applications for Keri Smeaton by drop off or mail only. Please allow 5 working days for processing.
To ensure a Scout’s credentials arrive before Christmas, we recommend that they have a board of review and submit their application for final processing by Friday, November 15.
For Armadillo end of year Eagle boards, ALL required materials (completed workbook, life statement and letters of recommendation) must be received by the District advancement chair no later than December 2 to ensure a Board of Review before December 31.
As always, a Scout is considered a part of the 2019 Eagle Scout class as long as they have their board of review on or before December 31 and submit their application for final processing to the Fickett Center by Friday, January 10, 2020. Scouts who submit their 2019 applications after that date will be represented in the Eagle Plaza as Class of 2020.
