The Scout office needs the form below faxed or taken into the Scout store by Feb 28 in order to maintain your unit's tax excempt purchase staus. Otherwise your account will be reset to paying tax of 8.25% on all merchandise, awards, literature, etc. There are instructions and caveats on the form.
