Wood Badge 2008 Registration Now Open |

The Capitol Area Council's 2008 Wood Badge Course is now taking registrations for this fall.
The course consists of two full, three-day weekends October 10-12 and November 7-9. The course is limited to the first 48 Scouters who apply and pay a refundable $75 deposit. This will be the last Wood Badge course offered before the fall of 2009.

Dust off your camping gear, pack your bags, and come experience the 2008 A Space Odyssey, Capitol Area Council's 2008 Cub Scout Summer Camp at Cub World in Bastrop, Texas. At camp, you and the boys will enjoy the outdoors, learn about rockets, stars, play games, learn Scouting skills, and create memories that will last forever.
There are 3 sessions for Cub Scout Summer Camp this year: Session 1: June 15-17, Session 2: June 18-20 and Session 3: June 20-22
