I attempted to login to the web site with a user name of [snip] and a password of [snip] and was told to contact the administrator, so I am sending this e-mail.

It appears that you had registered at the website but had not "activated" your account. If you attempt to login without having activated your account you will get the error message you are seeing.

When you first register at our website the site will immediately send you an email using the email address you entered. You will not be able to login to the site until you click on the activation link in the email message. The email may take a while to get to you. If you do not get it after an hour check in your email spam folder. If the email is not there then please contact us at webmaster@armadillodistrict.org.
