I am a Chaplain for a district Troop. I was looking to create a Email list for District or Council chaplains. I could do this easily through yahoo groups, but thought I'd find out if there is an ability to use the district website as a listserve. Please let me know if you can help.

Sorry - this is a capability that we do not have in place at this point in time and have no plans to do this any time soon. I would suggest you go ahead with Yahoo Groups like you mentioned.
