Pinewood Derby Open Division Rules
I have searched the best I can and cannot find the actual rules for the District Pinewood Derby Open Division. I will bring a grandson (Bear Cub) to the event with his car from this year's Pack race and would like to enter an Open Division car.
Please advise. Thanks.
