What is a Pinewood Derby?
The Pinewood Derby is an annual event for Cub Scouts. In one of the Scouting’s most popular events, Scouts create personalized pinewood cars, from standard kits, to race in a Pinewood Derby.
To help Scouts and their Packs prepare for this event, the Armadillo District is hosting its annual Trial Heats and a Body Shop. The Body Shop wll help your Scouts with final car assembly. There will even be some extra “ready to race” cars for siblings, so they can join in the fun!
Plenty of experts will be there for race advice and car building ideas. Bring your car and try it out or tune it up!
