Our monthly Roundtable meetings are a great opportunity to meet your peers, share ideas and have some fun. We have something new every month that should appeal to the Scouters in your unit. Click here for Roundtable pictures

Roundtable Info 

The monthly Roundtable meetings are held the second Thursday of the month. We meet at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall of St. Martins Lutheran Church. The 6:30 to 7:00 time slot is our fellowship where we meet, socialize, and on occasion, eat gourmet Scout fare! Announcements start at 7:00 pm. Breakout sessions usually begin at 7:15. The program ends around 8:15-8:30 pm. 

The program offerings change every month. We usually offer four program "tracks". There are three classroom style tracks. One is for Cub Scout and Webelos leaders, the second is for Boy Scout leaders, and the third is for Venture leaders and Boy Scout leaders focused on high school aged youth. We often conduct a fourth session for special orientations on fundraising, recruiting, or training. Beginning in October we are moving the Venture leader breakfast back to Roundtable.  

In addition to the formal programs, we have District volunteers who can answer your questions related to upcoming activites and issues in your unit.  Look for the friendly faces wearing silver shoulder loops on their uniforms. These are members of the District Committee and Commissioner Service group. 

St. Martins Lutheran Church is located downtown at the NE corner of 15th and Rio Grande.
