Starting in 2007 the Quality Unit Award is being replaced by the Centennial Quality Unit Award. BSA National has put a lot of work into retooling this award to make it more relevant and beneficial to units.

All units will continue to work towards their Quality Unit Award for 2006 like they have in past years. They will receive the Quality Unit Award form in their Recharter packet and should complete that form with the help of their Unit Commissioner.
Starting in 2007 we will be switching to the Centennial Quality Unit Award. In early 2007 the leaders from your unit will meet with your Unit Commissioner or District volunteer to set your unit's quality goals for the year. At the end of 2007 you will assess how you did on those goals.
There is a good Question and Answer specific to this award at the BSA National site here .
You can download the Centennial Quality Unit Commitment form here: Unit_Commitment_Centennial (492.94 KB 2006-11-09 16:24:45)
