You
can now enter your unit's summary advancement information online.
The benefit of doing so is that you can assure that your youth's
advancement records are accurate and complete. This service is free and
easy to use.

|
Log in to this system by visiting the Council website and selecting the Internet Advancement link or go directly to the service here .
This
system is hosted by BSA National and your advancement records are
pulled from and entered in to the Council database. This system is not
a replacement for you keeping your own detailed records about the
advancement status in your unit. Whether you use paper, PackMaster,
TroopMaster or other system for keeping your records you still need to
continue to do so. The Internet Advancement system does not record
interim advancement status, e.g. merit badge partials, etc. It is used
to record the awards, rank advancement, etc. that your youth have
achieved.
The first time someone from your unit accesses the
system they will need your unit's special Advancement Login ID. You get
this ID from your Unit Commissioner. Look up who your Unit or Assistant
District Commissioner is here .
A few notes . . .
- You can upload your advancement information automatically from PackMaster or TroopMaster to this system.
- You MUST use Microsoft's Internet Explorerer browser with this system.
- You will register with the system so that your unit's information is secure.
- When done you MUST print and sign the final report and bring it
to the Scout Shop to purchase your awards. This step will then release
your online records to the Council's database.
