scoutjam2010_transp_logoThis October 9 join 10,000 Scouts, siblings, and their families at the biggest 100th Anniversary of Scouting event to take place this year: ScoutJam 2010!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime Council-wide event, a Texas-sized Jamboree experience right here at the Travis County Expo Center.

  • 100 Special Exhibitors with hands on activities, from scuba to amazing chemistry experiments.
  • 250 Scout activity booths where your kids will not only have FUN, they can lead FUN in your unit's Scout Midway booth.

Check out all this and more at http://www.scoutjam2010.org/

  • Siblings are encouraged to come and participate in age-appropriate events, from shooting BB guns, to archery, BMX biking, and everything in between.
  • All Girl Scouts and their families are welcome, including the opportunity to host an activity booth!
  • Visit the Scout Hall of History and witness 20,000 square feet of museum quality memorabilia from the past 100 years, plus multimedia exhibits and recorded interviews with past Scouters.
  • A huge arena show at night sponsored by Gibson Guitar, with an ACL band, plus the Paul Green School of Rock, magician/humorist Billy Riggs, and lots of cool videos of you during the day.
