          Texas Parks and Wildlife Expo - October 4 and 5, 2008 - A fun day learning about the outdoor opportunities in the state of Texas

          Webelos Woods - October 24, 25, 26, 2008 - Here I Come!  A program for Scout Troops to demonstrate to Webelos (grade 4 and 5) the fun and adventure that awaits them when they join a Scout Troop

          Hornaday Award Weekend - October 17-19, 2008 and April 17-19, 2009 - Advantage of this first class, home grown program that will help you earn merit badges or complete the journey to the BSA's Hornaday Award.

          Winter Silver Pines - December 26-31, 2008 - this week long outdoor experience is for current and future troop leaders, utilizing the patrol method.

          Camporee - March 6, 7, 8, 2009 - This is the first ARMADILLO DISTRICT CAMPOREE, for all Boy Scouts, Webelos Scouts and Venture Crew Members to compete in skill challenges, demonstrate skills, and much more.  Watch for details.

          Report to State - February  7,2009 - Opportunity to participate in a parade that has Scouts from across the state in attendance, witness the Scouting Report to the state government.

         APO Merit Badge University - February 21,2009 - An opportunity to learn about a merit badge, complete some of the requirements, talk with college students and learn about the University of Texas.       

         Keep Texas Fed - April 25, 2009 -  Last year Scouts collected a record of 77,000 pounds, we can break 100,000 with everyone participating.  You can make a difference in the lives of Central Texas adults and youth.
