- It’s Aspirational – We all want our Scouting program to be the best it can be. The Journey to Excellence is a description of what it should look like. Use it as a set of goals for what your unit can accomplish.
- It’s A Plan – There are many things to do in 2021 to make your unit program exceptional. The Journey to Excellence is the list of what successful units do during their program year. Use it as a guide for your own unit’s program.
